Payment is due by the end of each billing month unless otherwise confirmed by the shop.
Unused pieces do not roll over. Extra pieces are charged at the normal price list.
Curtains, carpets, and special dresses are not included in package pieces.
Cancel with at least 7 days notice before the next billing month. Free home delivery applies inside our service area.
If payment is late, Fresh Fold may send a payment reminder (WhatsApp / email / SMS). After notice, the shop may pause pickups, delivery, and new orders until the balance is paid — under Qatar Civil Code principles on contracts and withholding performance (Law No. 22 of 2004).
If the customer still does not pay after notice, the shop may end this monthly plan by written notice without first needing a court order (as agreed here under Civil Code Art. 184-style termination by notice), and all unpaid amounts stay due immediately.
The shop may recover unpaid package fees and proven losses through Qatar courts (Civil Code Arts. 256 / 268). This summary is for customer clarity and is not legal advice.
